Coming Soon - Water Festival!

 It's coming -- the annual Water Festival at DCB will be April 23rd & 24th



This annual event held in cooperation with Dakota College at Bottineau and Project WET teaches 5th and 6th graders about water science, conservation, and best management practices by demonstrating how water interacts with humans and the natural environment within North Dakota’s watersheds.

Holocaust Exhibit Coming to Rugby - Teacher Workshop Scheduled

  The Heart of America Library in Rugby is excited to announce it will host the  Americans and the Holocaust  traveling exhibit in January 2025.  NCEC is partnering with the library to provide graduate credit for educators who attend the free teacher workshop scheduled for Saturday, January 11th from 9 am to 4 pm. Classes grads 6-12 are invited to tour the traveling museum. Schools can schedule tours by contacting the library.
