It's coming -- the annual Water Festival at DCB will be April 22nd & 23rd and Drake April 30th. This annual event held in cooperation with Dakota College at Bottineau and Project WET teaches 5th and 6th graders about water science, conservation, and best management practices by demonstrating how water interacts with humans and the natural environment within North Dakota’s watersheds.
